Happy New Year

I, for one, am glad to see 2008 go away. There were many memorable, historic, and very personal moments. The collapse of the economy dealt us a tough blow. At any rate, it's over, everyone is healthy and we look forward to a good 2009.

Over at La Florida, there is a wonderful collection of photographs from SGT Mark and his trip to Cumberland Island, Ga. Given all the chaos around the world, there are still quiet places to go to contemplate.

Happy New Year.

Happier New Year Dad.
Had a great visit with Matt.
He's headed to Thailand to conduct some training.
Better than the options.
5 months and he's done with it.

Hope all is well..

No Pats or Jags to watch..
I'm ready for baseball season.

Glad Matt made it home. Glad 2009 is finally here.

Wish we had 5 months to go but we have a little longer. Everyone is in good spirits tho.

Football season was a HUGE disappointment. I, too, am waiting for baseball.
